Anyway, Mexican police make an equivalent to 8 U.S. dollars every hour. That means they make a vey decent living considering half of that covers all their bills and expenses, as far as the low cost of living there. They were probably theives dressed as police. I have never seen a mexican police do that. I have seen them rough up bad guys, but the laws there are different so it's better to obey the laws where ever you go.
