This is contstuction boom is probably due to americans moving south of the border. They are probably looking to retire in a cheap place wich in all is good for locals

Thank you for the comment. I have actually already filmed the update for this and have just be lagging on the editing part of the video. It should be up in the next week. The mall has been a great addition to our area. Even with all the bad press we area seeing some great companies and stores opening up there. Nothing has hurt Mexico more than all the exaggerated U.S. media stories. This is a great place and it is truly getting better every day. Thank You for stopping by and best wishes

Kanoa you did a great job on this video , but maybe it’s time for a update . Also with the opening of this mall did it cause any local restaurants to see a drop in business ? I have heard that an airport will be built soon could you do a special Kanoa report on that also ? Kanoa you would be perfect on the Don Francisco show or start your own show .I would also like to see you dance and sing ,do you have a band ? Where do you perform ? Is it an all ages show or 18 and over ?
